1.Acceptance of Terms

11.Account Suspension and Closure

Teen Patti Vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• Prohibited behaviour as described in Section 9 is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account is inactive for a continuous period of twelve months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.
• Legal, regulatory, or security reasons require it.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 100 per month deducted from any remaining balance, provided that the remaining balance is above the minimum withdrawal threshold. If the balance reaches zero the account will be closed. You may reactivate your account by logging in at any time before the balance is depleted.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. On closure, any verified real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on the Teen Patti Vin platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of Teen Patti Vin or its licensed content providers.
